This Privacy Policy describes how Motus Labs LLC ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use OhmFlow ("the Service").

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, including your name, email address, business name, and billing information when you create an account or subscribe to the Service. We also collect job notes, customer data, invoices, and estimates you enter into the Service.

We automatically collect certain usage information when you access the Service, including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and actions taken within the app.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve the Service; process transactions and send related information; send administrative communications; and respond to your comments and questions.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Customer Data You Enter

Any customer information you enter into OhmFlow — including names, addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses — is used solely to operate the Service on your behalf. We do not use your customers' data for any other purpose.

Data Sharing

We may share your information with third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf, including payment processing (Stripe), database hosting (Supabase), and application hosting (Vercel). These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information.

Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at support@getohmflow.com.

Artificial Intelligence Processing

OhmFlow uses third-party AI services to parse and process job notes, invoices, and estimates. This includes sending the text you enter to Google's Gemini API for processing. Google may process this data in accordance with their own privacy policies. We do not send payment information or account credentials to AI providers.

We intend to transition to Anthropic's Claude API in the future, which does not use API data for model training by default. We will update this policy when that transition occurs.

By using OhmFlow, you acknowledge that job note content you enter may be processed by third-party AI services for the purpose of generating invoices and estimates.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no internet transmission is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
