These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of OhmFlow, operated by Motus Labs LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the Service

OhmFlow is a back-office software platform designed for small electrical contractors. You may use the Service only for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at support@getohmflow.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Subscription and Billing

OhmFlow is offered on a monthly subscription basis. Your subscription will automatically renew each month until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you enter into OhmFlow, including customer information, invoices, and estimates. You grant us a limited license to store and process this data solely to provide the Service.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to access it by unauthorized means, or use it to violate any applicable law or regulation.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Motus Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and contacting us at support@getohmflow.com.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to conflict of law principles.
